Skiing, Snowboarding and Apre-Ski

This is the home of the best little Ski Club in Britain. So if you are a skier, a snowboarder or are just interested in lively activity holidays in the snow laden Alps. Downhill or even cross-country, we Kinwayers are always game. And after a hard days skiing and snowballing, we can retire to the comfort of the bar for a spot of apre-ski, and to discuss the important topics of the day - you guessed, skiing, snowboarding, falling and drinking and eating and laughing and...

La Plagne - 12th January 2008.

A great time was had by all (32) Kinwayers! The food at the hotel Mercure was brilliant - with a help yourself breakfast and evening meal. The only problem being the temptation to eat too much!

As for the skiing - fantastic snow and only half a day of less than perfect weather. Top notch - well done Kinway!

History

The Three Valleys in France! We are off to Les Menuires in January 2009

We have booked the hotel Neige et Ciel in Les Menuires in the 3 valleys, France. The date is 10th January and the cost will be £490--£500 including flights, transfers, HB with free wine with evening meal. Please contact Doc asap, the deposit is £130 to reserve your place. Once all the places have gone, you will have to pay full price (assuming there is availability. It would be particularly helpful if the Gatwick people could make a decision quickly as I have to get the number of Gatwick flights sorted out soon. There are limited places and we have already got the company to ask the hotel for more... so contact Doc as soon as we are back. You'll need to scrape together your deposits asap.
